Thomas Kwok

General Counsel

Thomas is a specialist in planning, environment, government, and administrative law who has advised the State Government and a range of institutional clients across the infrastructure, property development, mining, health, and education sectors since his admission to practice in 2006.

In his time as part of the planning and environment practices of two large national law firms, and most recently as a Special Counsel in a large international law firm, Thomas has been a trusted legal advisor to both private and public sector clients at all points of the property development cycle.

Complementing his private sector experience, Thomas has advised the State Government in house on some of the largest developments in NSW and on a range of significant legislative reform projects in his time as the Manager Development Assessment in the legal branch of the NSW Department of Planning, and the Manager Resources and Energy Law at the NSW Department of Industry.
